Heating is available throughout the apartment via an electric heating system, ensuring a warm and comfortable environment regardless of the season. A baby cot can be arranged as an extra upon request.

The property is reserved exclusively for non-smokers, and this policy applies throughout the entire apartment. A smoke alarm is installed for the safety and security of all guests. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
