The second bedroom contains 1 set of bunk beds sleeping 2, as well as 1 double bed, also fitted with a flat screen satellite television, and benefits from its own direct access to the balcony. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects to the terrace, further enhancing the apartment's airy and connected layout. The single bathroom features both a bath and a shower, and a separate WC is also provided. Throughout the apartment, the flooring alternates between warm wooden floors, elegant parquet, and natural stone, all warmed by an underfloor heating system. The balcony and the large, partly roofed terrace are both furnished for outdoor enjoyment, and the apartment offers very beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and the resort.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
