Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a bright and spacious living and dining room featuring a panoramic window, a dining table, and direct access to the large 18 m2 terrace. The first double bedroom measures 14 m2 and is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second double bedroom measures 12 m2 and is also furnished with 1 double bed of the same dimensions, 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Although this room does not feature a traditional window, it benefits from an efficient supply and exhaust air ventilation system as well as natural daylight provided through a large double-leaf glass door that opens directly onto the living and dining area. The bathroom is configured as a shower and WC, with a separate additional WC also available. Underfloor heating runs throughout the apartment, ensuring a consistently comfortable atmosphere. From the property, you enjoy a very beautiful and unobstructed view of the mountains, the ski run, and the resort.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
