This floor also includes 2 bedrooms: one with a French bed measuring 160 cm and another with a bed measuring 120 cm. The open-plan kitchen on this level is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A decorative open-hearth fireplace adds warmth and character to the space. A shower, bidet, and WC complete the facilities on this floor.

The lower ground floor is accessible via a spiral staircase and offers a small living room with a panoramic window and direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
