"Dami I" is a 4-room semi-detached house of 75 m2, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Each of the 3 bedrooms is furnished with 1 French bed and a dining table, and benefits from individual air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable and private atmosphere for every guest. The kitchen and living room form a combined, conveniently arranged space equipped with a dining table, making it an ideal area for shared meals and relaxation. The bathroom features a shower and WC, and a separate WC is also available within the property. Outdoors, a partly roofed terrace extends the living space and provides a pleasant setting for al fresco dining and leisure.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
