The first bedroom is appointed with 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private en-suite shower and WC. The second bedroom also features 1 french bed of identical dimensions, 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom is configured with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it an ideal space for younger guests or companions travelling together. A second shower and WC serves the remaining bedrooms. The property also boasts a large terrace complete with terrace furniture and deck chairs, extending the living space outdoors and inviting guests to make the most of the surrounding environment.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
