On the ground floor, the main house features a dining room with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool, alongside an open kitchen fully equipped for everyday cooking. The first bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and includes a television. The second bedroom benefits from a panoramic window, 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, a private shower with WC, air conditioning, and direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. This floor also includes 2 additional shower rooms with WC and a separate WC. On the lower ground floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, you will find a living and dining area featuring an open-hearth fireplace used solely for decorative purposes, as well as satellite TV. A third bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm. The lower ground floor is characterised by small, high-placed windows. In addition to the main house, a small detached house is available on the property, comprising a combined living and sleeping room along with a kitchenette. Please note that there is no internal connecting door between the 2 separate properties.

Regarding pets, a maximum of 1 dog is accepted, and guests travelling with a pet are kindly asked to respect the property and its surroundings accordingly. Wireless internet access is provided free of charge throughout the property, ensuring guests remain connected during their stay. An iron is also available for guest use. It is important to note that the main house and the small detached house are separate properties with no internal connecting door between them, meaning access between the 2 units is only possible via the exterior. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
