- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

We had an excellent stay in a nice and well equipped appartment with a wonderfully kind landlady and an marvellous view to Lago di Lugano

The apartment had a gorgeous view of Lake Lugano and mountains. It was extremely clean and well-equipped. The owners live on-site and were very helpful and friendly. The fold-out couch made an unusually comfortable bed. Plenty of closet space and a nice private patio. The only downside is lack of public transportation after 7 p.m.
