"Ker Svea" is a beautifully appointed 7-room vacation rental spread across 2 levels, offering approximately 240 m2 of living space and accommodating a maximum of 12 guests across 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area features a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining table, and direct access to both the garden and the terrace. The fully equipped open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space. Also on the ground floor, 1 double bedroom benefits from its own private bathroom complete with a bath, WC, and double hand-basin. A separate WC is also available on this level for added convenience.

The upper floor hosts 5 additional bedrooms, all featuring characteristic sloping ceilings. 2 of these rooms are each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and each includes a hand-basin. 1 further room on this floor is fitted with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also with a hand-basin. The remaining 2 rooms on the upper floor each contain 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The upper floor is served by a bathroom with a shower and a separate WC.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
