On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room of 40 m2 forms the heart of the property, featuring a dining table and a flat screen television, with direct access to both the garden and the terrace. An open kitchen with a bar area is fully equipped for comfortable self-catering stays. A shower room and a separate WC complete the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, 3 bedrooms feature charming sloping ceilings, each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A 4th bedroom, also with sloping ceilings, is fitted with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A bathroom with WC serves the upper floor. Throughout the property, parquet floors add a warm and refined aesthetic. Please be aware that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all bedrooms will be available for use.
