This level also includes 1 bedroom furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as a shower room with WC. A terrace accessible directly from the living area extends your living space outdoors, benefiting from a south-facing position with stunning views of the sea and the bay.

The upper floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms, bringing the total to 3 bedrooms across the property. The first of these rooms features sloping ceilings and is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
