A separate lounge features a second open-hearth fireplace, used purely for decorative purposes, and a flat-screen satellite TV. The ground floor also includes 3 bedrooms: 1 room fitted with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length, and 2 additional rooms each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm in length. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a dishwasher, also features a small dining table for informal meals. The ground floor bathroom includes a shower, a WC, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin.
On the upper floor, 2 further bedrooms are available, each furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length. 1 of these rooms includes a private shower, while the other features a combined shower and WC.
