On the main level, a large living and dining room serves as the heart of the apartment, featuring a sliding door that leads directly out to a terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and separate from the living area. A separate WC is also located on this floor, providing added convenience for guests.

The upper floor houses all 3 bedrooms. The first double bedroom is fitted with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and opens onto a private balcony. The second double bedroom mirrors this configuration, also featuring 1 double bed with the same dimensions of 2 x 90 cm by 200 cm, and likewise offers direct access to a balcony. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The single full bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a bath, shower, bidet, and WC.
