On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a television, as well as a fully equipped kitchen fitted with an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The ground floor also includes 1 bedroom with 1 french bed and a bathroom with WC. A door from the kitchen provides direct access to the garden. The upper floor is accessed via an exterior staircase and features 2 additional bedrooms: a walk-through room with 1 bed measuring 120 cm in width, and a further bedroom with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A second bathroom with WC is also located on the upper floor. Please be aware that there is no internal connecting door between the 2 floors.
