The property comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a television, as well as a fully equipped kitchen fitted with an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The ground floor also includes 1 bedroom with 1 french bed and a bathroom with WC. A door from the kitchen provides direct access to the garden. The upper floor is accessed via an exterior staircase and features 2 additional bedrooms: a walk-through room with 1 bed measuring 120 cm in width, and a further bedroom with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A second bathroom with WC is also located on the upper floor. Please be aware that there is no internal connecting door between the 2 floors.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
