A separate WC is also available on this floor, and direct access leads out to one of the 3 terraces surrounding the property.

The upper floor houses all 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed to ensure comfort and privacy. The first double bedroom features 1 double bed measuring 160 cm and is served by a private shower and WC. The second room contains 2 single beds, while the third room offers 1 French bed of 160 cm. The fourth room is fitted with 2 beds of 90 cm and 1 set of bunk beds, accompanied by a separate WC and shower. The fifth double bedroom also features 1 double bed of 160 cm.
