On the ground floor, the living and sleeping area is furnished in a modern and cosy style, featuring 1 double sofabed, a decorative open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and direct access to the terrace. Adjacent to this space, a fully equipped kitchen is available, fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also located on this level. The first bedroom on this floor is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and is served by a private bathroom. A separate WC completes the ground floor facilities.
On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are available, both equipped with air conditioning and offering access to the balcony. The first of these rooms contains 3 beds measuring 80 cm each, while the second room features 2 beds also measuring 80 cm each. A shower room and a separate WC serve both bedrooms on this level. Please be aware that the bed layout is flexible and that more sleeping options are available than the maximum number of guests permitted, which may under no circumstances be exceeded. When fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all bedrooms will be available for use.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
