Unit Layout

"Bartavelle" is a 5-room vacation rental spread across 2 levels, offering a generous 220 m2 of living space and accommodating a maximum of 7 guests across 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

On the upper floor, you will find a spacious living and dining area featuring an open-hearth fireplace, which serves as a decorative element, along with a dining table and a television. From this floor, you have direct access to a balcony. The first bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom offers 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A fully equipped kitchen is also located on this floor, complete with a hot plate, oven, 3 gas rings, a toaster, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom on this floor includes a double hand-basin and is complemented by a separate WC.

On the second upper floor, you will find 2 additional bedrooms. The third bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and the fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This floor also features a shower room with a double hand-basin and a separate WC.
