The ground floor welcomes you with a generously sized living room featuring an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and direct access to the terrace. Also on this level, you will find 1 bedroom with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm, which also opens onto the terrace, as well as 2 additional bedrooms each equipped with 2 single beds. The fully equipped kitchen on this floor includes a small dining table and likewise provides access to the terrace. The ground floor bathroom features both a bath and a shower, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin. On the upper floor, a spacious open room with charming sloping ceilings houses 1 French bed measuring 160 cm, complemented by a shower and WC. Please be aware that access to the property is via a 12-step staircase, and when fewer than the maximum number of guests are in residence, not all bedrooms will be made available for use.
