On the ground floor, a large and beautifully appointed living and dining room serves as the heart of the villa, featuring access to the terrace. 1 bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also opens directly onto the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen likewise benefits from a terrace exit leading to the swimming pool area. A bathroom completes the ground floor facilities.
On the upper floor, 3 additional bedrooms are arranged to make the most of the south-facing orientation, each with access to a balcony. The first of these rooms features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second is a large room fitted with 4 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and includes a hand-basin along with a separate WC.
