Large, comfortable, luxurious villa "Villa Matteo", 3 storeys, built in 2017. In a central, elevated position on top of a hill, 4 m from the sea, 350 m from the beach. Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (10 x 3 m, 13.07.-17.08.). Barbecue. In the house: central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. Stepped path to the house. Parking at 100 m. Shop 600 m, restaurant 200 m, pebble beach 350 m. Golf course 25 km, tennis 2 km. Nearby attractions: Tartini square (city center) 450 m. IMPORTANT: Dou to position in ancient Piran old town access to the villa with a vehicle is not possible. There are two private parking spots available to the guests. Small electrical cart then shuttles the guests and their luggage from the parking spot to around 100 m from villa. This last part of the path is a gently sloping stairway which the guest must climb by foot.
