The property enjoys an elevated position that captures abundant natural light throughout the day, making it an ideal base for both winter and summer stays. Guests benefit from shared access to WiFi throughout the house, ensuring seamless connectivity during their stay. The property is fully fenced, providing a secure and private environment, and features a beautifully maintained yard that includes a terraced garden with lawn and trees as well as a natural garden area. A shared lounge is available within the building, and a storage room for skis is provided for the convenience of winter sports enthusiasts. A shared washing machine is also available on site. Please be aware that the owner lives in the same residence. The heating system operates exclusively between 20 September and 30 April, which guests should take into consideration when planning their visit outside of these dates.
