On the ground floor, the living and dining area forms the heart of the home, offering a welcoming space for relaxation and meals. An alcove with a curtain provides a semi-private sleeping area fitted with 1 bunk bed measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A kitchenette is also located on this level, equipped with 2 hot plates and a mini-oven. A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities. Accessed via a steep staircase, the upper floor opens into an airy gallery with sloping ceilings, where a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length is situated. Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area, including the gallery and the alcove. The property also benefits from a terrace with an east-facing position, accessible directly from the living area.

- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
