The second sleeping area is equipped with 1 set of bunk beds arranged in a 2x2 configuration, equally connected to outdoor space through its own balcony exit. The single bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. The apartment benefits from 2 balconies in total, one oriented to the south and one to the east, both furnished with balcony furniture to allow guests to enjoy the surrounding views and natural light throughout the day.

The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with a comprehensive range of appliances to support self-catering stays, including an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
