Both double bedrooms offer comfortable accommodation and have access to a balcony, ideal for enjoying the surrounding views. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, an electric coffee machine, and a fondue set for cheese, along with a dining table that makes it a practical and convivial space for shared meals. The bathroom is configured as a shower and WC.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
