A door from the living area leads directly to the terrace, extending your living space outdoors.

The upper floor hosts 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings, lending the space a cozy and distinctive architectural charm. An additional room with sloping ceilings contains 2 beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for younger guests or additional occupants. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
