This room also provides direct access to a roofed terrace of 22 m2, complete with terrace furniture for outdoor relaxation. The first dedicated bedroom is a double bedroom, while the second room is fitted with 2 individual beds, making it ideal for children or additional guests. The single bathroom is equipped with a shower, a WC, a hydromassage bath, and a sauna, offering a genuine spa-like experience within the apartment itself.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
