"Mila" is a 3-room apartment of 80 m2 situated on the 1st floor, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living and dining room serves as the central gathering space, featuring a double sofabed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and offering direct access to the balcony. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed composed of 2 x 80 cm mattresses and measuring 200 cm in length, providing a restful and private retreat. The second bedroom is equally appointed with a double bed of the same configuration, 2 x 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from direct access to a balcony. The kitchen is designed in an open layout and is fully equipped for self-catering stays. The apartment includes 2 shower rooms, each with a WC. Outdoor living is enhanced by a private terrace of 25 m2, complete with balcony furniture and deck chairs, making it an ideal space for relaxation.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
