On the ground floor, the property opens into a spacious living and dining room featuring 1 sofabed, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with direct access to the terrace. Adjacent to this space is 1 bedroom furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also offering access to the terrace. 2 further bedrooms are located on this level, each equipped with 1 french bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The ground floor also features a fully equipped open kitchen with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. This level is served by 2 shower rooms, each with a WC. The upper floor is accessed via an exterior staircase and is entirely independent, as there is no internal connecting door between the 2 levels. It comprises a living and dining room with 1 double sofabed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with direct access to the balcony. 2 additional bedrooms are situated on this floor, each furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 x 80 cm width and 200 cm in length, with one of these rooms also offering access to the balcony. The upper floor mirrors the ground floor with a second fully equipped open kitchen, identical in its appointments, and 2 further shower rooms each with a WC.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
