The property comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. On the main level, the living area is furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, alongside a flat screen television. A kitchenette is also located on this floor, equipped with 2 hot plates, an oven, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The main level further includes a bathroom and a separate WC. Direct access to a 5 square metre balcony with both south and west facing orientations is available from the living area, and the balcony is furnished for outdoor relaxation. On the upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, a gallery area contains 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. It is important to note that this sleeping area is situated in an open-plan space rather than an enclosed bedroom, and there is no safety barrier for the stairs, making the property not suitable for small children.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
