On the upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, a gallery area houses 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. It is important to be aware that this sleeping area is located in an open-plan gallery space rather than an enclosed bedroom, and that there is no safety barrier for the staircase, making the property not suitable for small children or young children.

- No Penalty if the cancellation is made up to 66 days prior to the arrival.
- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
