The second, smaller bedroom is fitted with a sliding door and contains a pull-out bed composed of 2 sections each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The kitchen area is designed as a kitchenette and includes 3 hot plates, an oven, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom consists of a shower and a separate WC. The apartment also benefits from a 10 m2 terrace with both a north-facing and an east-facing orientation, furnished with terrace furniture for outdoor relaxation.

- No Penalty if the cancellation is made up to 66 days prior to the arrival.
- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
