In the hamlet Labbio 8.6 km from the centre of Musso, 57 km from the centre of Como, 48 km from the centre of Lugano, in an elevated position on a slope, 8.6 km from the lake. Private: property 40 m2 with courtyard. 7 km long bumpy, steep, narrow motor access to 150 m from the house (via unmade road). 150 m stepped path (11 steps) to the house. Parking at 150 m. Supermarket 8.6 km, pebble beach "Musso" 8.6 km. Access to the holiday home via toll road (EUR 12/ week) and 7 km gravel path and 15 sharp turnes only with a four-wheel-drive. The proprietor offers to transport guests and their luggage on the day of arrival and departure (on request).
