The kitchen is fully equipped and conveniently situated on the same floor. The bathroom on this level includes a shower and a separate WC. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms complete the sleeping arrangements: 1 room is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second room features another French bed of 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, mirroring the comfort of the ground floor bedroom.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
