The kitchen is fully equipped and opens naturally into the living space. This level also includes 2 bedrooms: 1 large room fitted with a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, complete with its own shower and WC, and a second room also featuring a French bed of 160 cm by 200 cm with a private shower and WC, as well as direct access to the garden. Please note that one double bedroom is situated outside the main apartment area.

The upper floor hosts the remaining 2 bedrooms, one with a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and another with a French bed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm, both sharing a shower and WC on this level. The upper floor also benefits from its own air conditioning and access to a roofed terrace offering beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding countryside.
