The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal retreat for families or small groups.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining room featuring a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining table, and a television, with direct access to a partly roofed terrace. A fully equipped open kitchen adjoins the living area, complete with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also located on this level. The first bedroom on this floor is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private shower room with WC, as well as its own access to the terrace.
The upper floor features an open gallery with a second television and direct access to a large balcony, offering marvellous panoramic views of the sea. Please note that this sleeping area is located in an open-plan space rather than an enclosed bedroom. This floor also includes a second bedroom with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and a third bedroom with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The 2 bathrooms are thoughtfully appointed, with one shower room and WC on the ground floor and a second shower room with WC and a double hand-basin on the upper floor.
