On the upper floor, a welcoming living room features 1 sofabed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with satellite TV and air conditioning, with an additional exit leading out to a 30 m2 partly roofed terrace ideal for alfresco dining and leisure.

The top floor is home to 2 distinct sleeping areas. An open walk-through room with characteristic sloping ceilings contains 2 sofabeds, each measuring 75 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is equipped with air conditioning.
