The upper floor hosts the remaining 3 bedrooms, each benefiting from direct access to a balcony. 1 room is furnished with 1 double bed, 1 room features 1 bed, and 1 room is appointed with 2 beds. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
