The open kitchen is fully equipped for all culinary needs. Also on this level, 1 small room offers 2 beds and its own exit to the terrace, providing a pleasant and private sleeping space. A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities. The upper floor hosts the remaining 3 bedrooms: 1 room with 2 beds and access to the balcony, 1 room featuring 1 bed and 1 set of 2 bunk beds, and 1 further room with 2 beds. A full bath and WC serve the upper floor. Both levels benefit from oil heating, and the property enjoys a stunning panoramic view from its balcony and terrace, both of which are furnished for outdoor relaxation.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
