"Lilas" is a charming 5-room terraced house spanning 100 m2 across 2 levels, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 9 guests across 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area is elegantly furnished in a comfortable and tasteful style, featuring a Scandinavian wood stove and direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped for all culinary needs. Also on this level, 1 small room offers 2 beds and its own exit to the terrace, providing a pleasant and private sleeping space. A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities. The upper floor hosts the remaining 3 bedrooms: 1 room with 2 beds and access to the balcony, 1 room featuring 1 bed and 1 set of 2 bunk beds, and 1 further room with 2 beds. A full bath and WC serve the upper floor. Both levels benefit from oil heating, and the property enjoys a stunning panoramic view from its balcony and terrace, both of which are furnished for outdoor relaxation.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
