The upper floor opens onto a bright and welcoming living and dining area, where a double sofa bed measuring 155 cm in width and 200 cm in length provides additional sleeping flexibility. The living space features satellite TV and leads out to a balcony. An open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes this level.
On the second upper floor, you will find 3 additional bedrooms.
