The second bedroom contains 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, equally benefiting from balcony access. The third bedroom is appointed with a double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and likewise enjoys a private exit to the balcony. The apartment features parquet floors throughout, lending a warm and refined character to the interior. The 2 bathrooms consist of a bath with WC and a separate shower with WC, with the added luxury of a hydromassage bath. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
