"Les Cîmes 8" is a 5-room vacation rental spanning 110 m2 across 2 levels, situated on the 6th floor and designed to accommodate a maximum of 13 guests. The apartment features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed to ensure comfort and privacy throughout the property. The living and sleeping area is arranged across 2 levels and includes 1 double sofabed along with a dining table, with direct access to the balcony. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also opens onto the balcony. The second bedroom contains 1 set of 2 bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with balcony access as well. The third bedroom features 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with its own exit to the balcony. A further room with sloping ceilings offers 2 additional beds. A gallery area with a television completes the sleeping configuration. Please note that some sleeping areas, including the gallery and alcove spaces, are located in open-plan areas rather than enclosed bedrooms. The bathrooms consist of 1 bath with WC, 2 separate shower rooms each with WC, and a hydro massage bath. Throughout the apartment, parquet floors add a warm and refined aesthetic, and the 50 m2 balcony offers a stunning panoramic view.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
