From the living area, you have direct access to a south-facing balcony equipped with outdoor furniture, offering a very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. The first bedroom is fitted with 1 set of bunk beds accommodating 2 guests each, while the second bedroom features 1 double bed. The bathroom is configured as a shower and WC. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, an electric coffee machine, and a fondue set for cheese.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
