The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and adjacent to a shower room with a separate WC. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are available: the first is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length and opens onto the balcony, while the second features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, is equipped with air conditioning, and also provides access to the balcony. The upper floor is completed by a full bathroom with both a bath and shower, along with a WC. The south-facing terrace measures 20 m2 and is furnished with terrace furniture and 6 deck chairs.
