You will be staying in a 4-room house with a total area of 130 square meters. The living/dining room features a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining table, satellite TV, and a DVD player. It provides access to the garden and the terrace. There is a walk-through room with a double bed measuring 120 cm wide and 200 cm long. Another room has a double bed measuring 180 cm wide and 210 cm long. The third room has a set of bunk beds for two people and another double bed measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm long. The open kitchen is equipped with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

The property offers a variety of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. It features a bath/WC, a shower/WC, and a sauna. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
