The fully equipped open kitchen includes 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer of approximately 60 litres, and an electric coffee machine, and is complemented by a cosy dining nook with a direct exit to the garden. The ground floor also features a shower and WC as well as a sauna, completing the 1 bathroom arrangement on this level. On the upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, you will find an open room with charming sloping ceilings and 1 double bed, along with a separate WC. The entrance hall on the upper floor, also featuring sloping ceilings, provides an additional sleeping space with 1 bed. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
