Unit Layout

"Seeteufel" is a 4-room vacation rental apartment spanning 120 m2 across 2 levels, situated on the upper floor, and comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the main level, a spacious living room of 23 m2 provides a welcoming communal space, complemented by a well-appointed kitchen of 12 m2 that features a dining nook and direct access to the balcony. The bathroom on this level is fitted with a shower, WC, and a double hand-basin. On the top floor, 2 rooms of 16 m2 each are arranged beneath sloping ceilings, with each room furnished with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A third room of 13 m2, also featuring sloping ceilings, is equipped with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A separate WC is also available on this floor. The living room provides direct access to the conservatory, also referred to as the winter garden, which adds an additional layer of comfort and light to the overall living space.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19. Sehr große Wohnung in der man genug Raum für alle Reisenden hat. Super bequeme Matratzen in den Betten. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön .Modern eingerichtet und von den Räumlichkeiten sehr gut aufgeteilt. Leider lösst die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Wäre das Haus vernünftig gereinigt gewesen ind wir hätten auf Grund dessen keine Fliegen plage gehabt während es ein exzellenter Aufenthalt geworden
