On the main level, a spacious living room of 23 m2 provides a welcoming communal space, complemented by a well-appointed kitchen of 12 m2 that features a dining nook and direct access to the balcony. The bathroom on this level is fitted with a shower, WC, and a double hand-basin. On the top floor, 2 rooms of 16 m2 each are arranged beneath sloping ceilings, with each room furnished with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A third room of 13 m2, also featuring sloping ceilings, is equipped with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A separate WC is also available on this floor. The living room provides direct access to the conservatory, also referred to as the winter garden, which adds an additional layer of comfort and light to the overall living space.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
