The bathroom on this level is fitted with a shower, WC, and a double hand-basin. On the top floor, 2 rooms of 16 m2 each are arranged beneath sloping ceilings, with each room furnished with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A third room of 13 m2, also featuring sloping ceilings, is equipped with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A separate WC is also available on this floor. The living room provides direct access to the conservatory, also referred to as the winter garden, which adds an additional layer of comfort and light to the overall living space.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön .Modern eingerichtet und von den Räumlichkeiten sehr gut aufgeteilt. Leider lösst die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Wäre das Haus vernünftig gereinigt gewesen ind wir hätten auf Grund dessen keine Fliegen plage gehabt während es ein exzellenter Aufenthalt geworden
