"Backbord" is a 4-room vacation rental apartment of 80 m2, situated on the ground floor and designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room spans 11 m2 and provides a welcoming communal space for relaxation. The first 2 bedrooms measure 9 m2 each and are both furnished with 1 double bed sized 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm. The third bedroom is a smaller room of 3 m2, equipped with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it well suited for younger guests. The kitchen covers 12 m2 and includes a convenient dining nook, offering a comfortable space for shared meals. A direct exit from the apartment leads to a small terrace, which is furnished with terrace furniture for outdoor enjoyment. The 2 bathrooms are each configured as a shower with WC.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
