Each of the 8 bedrooms is furnished with 2 beds, offering a consistent and comfortable sleeping arrangement throughout the property. The living and dining area forms the heart of the chalet, featuring a charming Scandinavian wood stove, a dining nook, and direct access to the balcony, where terrace furniture and 6 deck chairs invite guests to take in the very beautiful views of the mountains and the surrounding countryside. The bathroom facilities include a bath with WC, 3 separate shower rooms, and an additional separate WC, ensuring that the property can comfortably serve a large group.

The chalet is fully equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchen is outfitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine with capsules for the coffee machine (Filter), and a fondue set (cheese), making it well suited for preparing meals for the entire group. Entertainment is well catered for with a satellite TV, a television, and a DVD player available in the living area. A fireplace in the form of the Scandinavian wood stove provides warmth and atmosphere during cooler evenings. Heat is available in the property, though please be aware that heating is not available in all rooms. The chalet also welcomes pets, with a maximum of 1 pet or dog permitted. A washing machine and a barbecue are available for guests use, and complimentary WiFi internet access is provided throughout the property.

The chalet operates on a non-smoking policy and is reserved exclusively for non-smokers. Guests are permitted to bring a maximum of 1 pet or dog during their stay. Towels are available under guests own arrangement and are not included in the standard provision. A Multipass is included for stays during the Summer season. The balcony offers a welcoming outdoor space furnished with terrace furniture and 6 deck chairs, perfectly positioned to enjoy the panoramic mountain and countryside scenery.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
