This level offers 1 bedroom with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm, 1 bedroom with 2 beds featuring direct access to the balcony, 2 further bedrooms each appointed with 2 beds, and 1 bedroom with 1 set of bunk beds also benefiting from balcony access. The ground floor bathroom facilities consist of 1 bath with WC, 3 shower rooms, and 2 separate WCs. A fully equipped kitchen on this level includes 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine with filter capsules, and a cheese fondue set. Please be aware that heating is not available in all rooms on this floor.

The upper floor presents an additional living and dining area warmed by a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining nook, and satellite TV with DVD. This level houses 8 bedrooms, each furnished with 2 beds, alongside a second fully equipped kitchen featuring 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a cheese fondue set. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
