The main living and sleeping room is warmly furnished and includes 1 double sofabed, making it a versatile space for both relaxation and rest. A dedicated alcove provides an additional sleeping area with 1 double bed, offering a degree of privacy within the open-plan design. It is worth noting that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area, such as a gallery or alcove. The apartment also includes a small, open kitchen equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, and an electric coffee machine. A balcony accessible directly from the living area offers a marvellous view of the mountains, the valley, and the surrounding countryside, and is furnished with balcony furniture for outdoor enjoyment. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
