"Hameau" is a 3-room apartment of 69 m2 situated on the top floor, offering a marvellous view of the mountains and the countryside from its east-facing balcony. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, making it an ideal vacation rental for families or small groups. The living and dining area is thoughtfully furnished and features a sofabed as well as direct access to the balcony. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 beds and also benefits from its own exit to the balcony, while the second bedroom is arranged as a children's room and includes 1 bunk bed with 2 sleeping berths. The bathroom is configured as a combined bath and WC. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is fitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, and an electric coffee machine supplied with filter capsules.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
